Driving Legally in Sri Lanka
To drive a Tuk Tuk (three-wheeler) legally, you cannot just use your standard car license. You need:
- International Driving Permit (IDP): Obtained from your home country.
- Sri Lankan Temporary Driving License: Issued by the Automobile Association of Ceylon (AAC).

How do I get the driving license?
A special license is required for you to drive a Tuk Tuk in Sri Lanka. We need the following from you:
- International driving license copy or original driving license.
- Passport copy.
- Passport size photo.
You can send all these via WhatsApp or email. We can get your valid driving license sorted before you arrive in Sri Lanka. This service costs $30.00 and saves your valuable time and driving freedom.
How can I get train tickets?
We can book your train tickets. Let us know at least one week prior to your trip, and we can arrange your tickets. You only have to pay the ticket price.
